GenealogyJ v.2.4
is a freeware and very useful editor for genealogic data as well as a viewer for that same data. It is more than suitable for use by the genealogist who is a hobbyist, family historian or even for a more professional genealogy researcher. GenJ does support the Gedcom standards.
It has been written in Java and offers family tree, table, timeline views and more.
GenJ is free software so it can be redistributed and since it is licensed under the terms of the GNU General Public Licence as published by the Free Software Foundation it is able to be modified and redistributed..
